- Agreement between you and Weinreich design
1.1. These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) govern your acquisition and use of services on our website Weinreich-design.com. By accepting these Terms of Service, either by clicking on a field and thereby indicating your acceptance or by filling out an order form or other document referring to these Terms of Service, you accept that these Terms of Service form part of the agreement between you and Weinreich -design (“Weinreichdesign”) (“Agreements”).
1.2. These Terms of Service were last updated on May 24, 2020 and take effect between you and Weinreich-design on the day you place an order or create an account at Weinreich-design.com. Weinreich-design reserves the right to change these Terms of Service from time to time. If such changes are considered significant, Weinreich-design will inform its registered customers accordingly. email, and the changes will take effect one month after the sending of such email. Your continued use of our website and service after such changes constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance of the changed Terms of Service.

Any other type of copying without a specific agreement, craft, design or other copying for the purpose of selling design, regardless of media or purpose, and whether it is for commercial or non-commercial use, is prohibited. Violation of the above conditions entails a copyright infringement, which entails claims for compensation and punishment in accordance with the rules of the Copyright Act.
Shipping and Delivery Info
We will always try to ship the item the same day we receive your order.
Delivery time is 2-5 days 8within Denmark. Forother countries in EU, delivery time may vary).
The item is sent with Coolrunner / DAO, (therefore we ask for both phone number and email to inform about the shipment to you).
Personal orders according to your wishes are made by appointment (expect 5-14 days depending on busyness).
All orders are sent with insured shipping (40 kr)
All orders are sent with the shipping company Coolrunner / DAO, as we have experienced the best delivery results at the lowest possible price for an insured shipment.
Do I get delivered to the door?
The vast majority of packages can be received as home delivery, depending on the number of jewelry in your order. We always try to make it as convenient as possible for you to receive your package by prioritizing delivery directly to your door (home delivery). Home delivery at DAO includes both small and medium-sized packages.
Large packages or orders by appointment can be picked up at the nearest DAO shop (eg your gas station or local store).
Complaint when shipping
Complaints about Weinreich design in connection with visible damage to a package, or in the event of complete or partial loss of the contents of the package, must be made immediately after collection / delivery of the package. In the event of no visible damage or complete or partial loss of the contents of the package, a complaint must be made to Weinreich design within 7 days after collection / delivery, Sundays and public holidays not included. Take pictures of the damage to the package and the contents for refund. All complaints must be in writing.
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others other than to be able to deliver your order. Your information is registered in our customer directory for future services such as your future purchases on the webshop and newsletters. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Weinreich Design, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with Weinreich-design and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
The director and staff of Weinreich Design have access to the information recorded about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information unencrypted.
As registered with Weinreich-design, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this connection should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
At weinreich-design.com, cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day return policy on jewelery purchased at the webshop.
Special orders according to personal wishes ordered by personal inquiry generally have no right of withdrawal, as the item is specially produced to order. Contact us if necessary. for questions.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to defects, material and fabrication. However, we make the following reservations:
- As the material at some points behaves like leather, the colors of the jewelry will after a long time of use get a bit of patina, just as a colored leather jacket will get patina in case of wear and aging. This makes it though no more beautiful and special. (For example, constant use of the same bracelet for about 2 years could get patina).
- Since all jewelry is handmade, no detail (eg on a set of earrings) will be 100% the same.
The complaint is dropped due to incorrect or unusual operation of the product. Follow the instructions attached to your jewelry purchase on how to best care for your jewelry.
Complaints regarding defects and defects must be reported to Weinreich Design within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
Weinreich design covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

We make reservations for sold out items. In case of sold out items, we will contact you immediately with a new delivery time. We reserve the right to make errors in text and prices.
