Weinreich-design receives online payments with Visa / Dankort, MasterCard, MobilePay Online.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Weinreich-design uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

Weinreich-design's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.


We will always try to ship the item the same day we receive your order.

Delivery time is 4-7 days (within Denmark). Please contact for us for delivery timer to other countries within the EU).

The item is sent with GLS, therefore we ask for both phone number and/or email to be able to inform you about the shipment.

Personal orders according to your wishes are made by appointment (expect 7-14 days depending on busyness).

All orders are sent with insured shipping (40 kr)
All orders are sent with the shipping company GLS, as we have experienced the best delivery results at the lowest possible price for an insured shipment.

Do I get delivered to the door?
Depending on the size and type of jewelery, some packages can be received in the mailbox and others can be picked up at the nearest GLS shop (eg your petrol station or local shop).

We always try to make it as convenient as possible for you to receive your package by prioritizing delivery directly to your door (home delivery). Home delivery at GLS only applies to flat packages that can get through the letter slot. If the package with your order is too large for the letter slot, the package can be picked up at the nearest delivery point / package shop.

The freight is calculated based on weight.

Complaints about Weinreich design in connection with visible damage to a package, or in the event of complete or partial loss of the contents of the package, must be made immediately after collection / delivery of the package. In the event of no visible damage or complete or partial loss of the contents of the package, a complaint must be made to Weinreich design within 7 days after collection / delivery, Sundays and public holidays not included. Take pictures of the damage to the package and the contents for refund. All complaints must be in writing.

If you have special wishes, please write it in the comment to your order and we will do our best to meet your wishes.

We make reservations for sold out items. In case of sold out items, we will contact you immediately with a new delivery time. We reserve the right to make errors in text and prices.

There is a 14-day return policy on jewelery purchased at the webshop.

Special orders according to personal wishes and orders for personal inquiries generally have no right of withdrawal, as the item is specially produced to order.

Products that have been used are not returned.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.

However, we make the following reservations:

  • As the material at some points behaves like leather, the colors will after a long time of use get a bit of patina, just like e.g. a colored leather jacket will get by wear and tear. This makes it though no more beautiful and special. (For example, constant use of the same bracelet for a year or more could get a bit of patina).
  • Since all jewelry is handmade, no detail (eg on a set of earrings) will be 100% the same
  • Follow the recommended care for your jewelry as describes in the note in your jewelry box or bag.

Complaints regarding defects and defects must be reported to Weinreich Design within a reasonable time after receipt of the item.

In the event that a customer or recipient experiences that an item has been damaged upon receipt or lost during shipment, Weinreich-design must receive a written request in this form in the form of an email and with pictures of the damaged shipment. Complaints must be made immediately after the damage is discovered, and no later than 7 days after receipt.

In the event of a complaint after use, the max. two months as a reasonable time after the injury has occurred. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is dropped due to incorrect or unusual operation of the product. Follow the instructions attached to your jewelry purchase on how to best care for your jewelry.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Weinreich Design, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered with Weinreich-design and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and staff of Weinreich Design have access to the information recorded about you.
